5 MINUTE ENERGISING PRACTICE

let’s Activate

In this video we flow with activation breathwork to give you an energy boost. The technique we work with is deep breaths in and out of your mouth followed by a short hold on the exhale of each round.

I fully guide this practice, so all you need to do is find a comfortable position either sitting up or laying down, relax in, close your eyes and enjoy the ride.

10 MINUTE CALMING PRACTICE

let’s Relax

In this video we flow with a calming style of breathwork to reset, clear your head and relax. The technique we work with is 4 rounds of 11 breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth, followed by a short hold on the exhale of each round.

I fully guide you through this practice so all you need to do is find a comfortable position either sitting up or laying down, close your eyes, relax in and enjoy the ride.
